Once your purchase is finalized, please get in touch with our artist at naturaeclothing@gmail.com at your earliest convenience. Share your creative vision, including your preferred animal species for the shirt and your desired color palette.

Prior to sending an email to our artist, please ensure that your email includes the following for optimal results:

- A labeled title: “Custom T-Shirt”

- A specific image or animal to design the sketch of

- An indication of whether your sketch will be in color or monochrome.

- Please specify if you would like to request the artist's original sketch.

Once our artist has received and approved your custom t-shirt design, they will promptly start working on your sketch to ensure the fastest delivery with meticulous attention to detail. A follow-up email will be sent by our artist once the sketch is completed. After receiving your approval, the customized sketch will be printed, and your creation will begin to come to life!

Once your request has been approved, please expect a a delivery window of at least 14 days for your personalized product. As a sustainable, small-business, we are comitted to minimizing our delivery times as much as we can. Additionally, all custom t-shirts are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
